2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during peak periods such as holidays and promotional events processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

International Shipping

Many Eyes General Goods ships to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are estimated as follows:

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout where applicable.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment information.

You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided. If you have difficulty tracking your order please contact us at [your store email address] with your order number and we will assist you.


6. Fulfillment Partners

Many Eyes General Goods fulfills orders through trusted third party suppliers and logistics partners. In some cases your order may ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. This means your package may arrive in supplier packaging rather than Many Eyes General Goods branded packaging. The quality and contents of your order will not be affected.

In some cases orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Many Eyes General Goods is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at manyeyesinc@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it please:

  1. Check around your delivery location including with neighbors and building management
  2. Wait 24–48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before physical arrival
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved contact us at manyeyesinc@gmail.com and we will investigate and work toward a resolution

Many Eyes General Goods is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location at checkout.

For packages that are genuinely lost in transit — meaning tracking shows no movement for 15 or more business days — please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening fully
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your store email address]
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will review your case and where appropriate arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


10. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country of destination. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected by your local customs authority.

Many Eyes General Goods has no control over customs processing times or fees. Customs delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.


11. Nevada Shipping Compliance

Many Eyes General Goods operates from Las Vegas, Nevada and complies with all applicable Nevada and federal regulations governing the shipment of health and beauty products. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination. If any product in your order cannot be shipped to your location we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund for that item.
